• Basic Finance System - a simple finance component to manage your income and expenses for a small home business - manage transactions, fixed assets with depreciation (if required) and basic reports such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Bank Reconciliation Report and Asset Depreciation Report.
• Basic Marketing System - a simple marketing tool to email your clients (registered users of your website) with latest marketing information regarding your business - includes attachments, embedded images and colour for clients with HTML set in their email package.
• Basic Timesheet System - a simple mechanism to capture time spent on a client for the services provided - captures service date, start time, end time, rate charged, activities performed, paid status, invoiced status and invoice number - includes related information for invoicing and pass-through costs - invoicing sends a pdf version of the invoice to the client when set and allows clients to actually close out an invoice themselves.
• Basic Events Calendar System - a simple table format of activities or events with event date, location, contact details and description of the event - can be switched to link with Kuena Forum package to replicate the details into a topic of the forum.
• Basic Roster System - a simple mechanism to set up rosters for staff (registered users of your website of a specific access group) - with start and end dates of the roster, start times, scheduled break times, days rostered and referrence data related to annual leave periods.
• Basic Registration System - a simple registration system for visitors to your website to register attendance for an event or booking of a room/location.
