A simple component to capture attendances of members and/or visitors.

Click on the above link to download the component, save to your local machine and then install using the Joomla! installation process. Once installed, goto the components listing and set the parameters to suit your needs. Updates will use the Joomla! update system.
IMPORTANT: On install, make sure you set the permissions of your membership user group to be allowed to create.
Create a Name Badge with QR Code for easy signin.
- Display a list of member's name badges - set a menu item to display a list of members
- Display a list of attendees - this menu item has a parameter to set and differentiate between an Admin list (show all) and individual list for a member to show their own attendances.
Configuration Options
- Set the file location to store generated QR code images for each member.
- If wanting to record visitors, so Visitors Allowed to Yes
- Set the Group List to use as the default to list attendances and name badges
- Encrypt sign in data if required
- encryption key - set this to any string, this string is also used to "obscure" login data when not encrypted
- encryption method - leave this at "aes-256-cbc" unless you have knowledge of encryption methods
- Set default sign out time for those members who forget to sign out - this time will be used to sign out their previous attendance when they next sign in.
- Set the location for export CSV file
- Set group to highlight certain members - ie. Committee
- Select the members that can be ignored from lists of members who haven't attended recently - when viewing the MIA list these members can be excluded, which may be due to them being overseas members or members who are financial but never attend.
